What is your return policy?

Unwanted items

The Entertainer is happy to accept back any unwanted items supplied to consumers for refund, within 14 days of purchase, providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resalable condition
  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from the store, your confirmation email, or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.
  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund)
  • Entertainer Gift Cards are non-refundable
  • please send your request with only 1 communication Chanel (0 101 173 9339 - WhatsApp -Email - Social media) to avoid any conflict and delay 
  • Item pic is required to check the item condition to be resalable or not 
  • Item box pic also required to check the item condition to be resalable or not 
  • Return approval will take 5 working days based on the item condition
  • if the item approved to be returned, the customer has 2 option :
  • 1-Exchange with a new item or the same item (free delivery fees)
  • 2-refund the item amount, return postage costs are covered by the customer
  • the return process will take 3 working days 

Defected item 

If you have bought an item from us that proves to defect the item, please let us know as soon as the defective item becomes apparent, so we can help.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement, this test process will take 5 working days

  • Please send your request with only 1 communication Chanel (19280 - WhatsApp -Email - Social media) to avoid any conflict and delay 
  • Item pic is required to check the item condition
  • Item box pic also required to check the item condition

You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt, your confirmation email, bank statement, or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel. 

Depend on the test result, customer has the below option :

1- in case of misuse, we can't refund or exchange the item

2-in case of a defective item from our side, the customer may choose between the below :

  • Exchange with a new item or the same item (free delivery fees)
  • refund the item amount return postage costs are covered by the customer
  • The return process will take 3 working days

 

I've lost my receipt

The Entertainer stores will ask to see a valid till receipt before they can accept a toy back for either an exchange or a refund, so remember to keep your receipt safe. 

How to return

Online orders

When you send your return to us, please remember to enclose your full details and order number. Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed

You can send a return email to customer.care@theentertainer-eg.com or call 0 101 173 9339 to submit a return order  or use social media Chanel, but please use only 1 Chanel of commendation to complete your request to avoid any conflict 

Note:

  • We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement (test process will take 5 working days)
  • In the case of online payments, bank fees are not refundable
  • online orders only return or replaced with our delivery (not allowed to replace or return the items through our stores)
